LEMON ROSEMARY SALMON
Ingredients: 4 servings
4 salmon fillets, bones and skin removed
8 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 4 spoon if dried)
2 organic lemons, thinly sliced
Salt and extravirgin olive oil, as needed
Preparation:
Arrange half the lemon slices in a single layer in a baking dish. Layer with 4 sprigs rosemary, and top with fillets. Sprinkle salmon with salt, layer with remaining rosemary and lemon slices. Drizzle with oil. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven (400 degrees F - 200 degrees C) until fish is easily flaked with a fork. The flavour is granted: enjoy it! |
