CHICKEN FLAVOURED WITH HELICHRYSUM

 

Ingredients: 4 servings

1 chicken breast and two thighs, in pieces, boneless

4 helichrysum flowered sprigs, finely chopped

glass of white wine

Extra virgin olive oil, flour, salt, vegetable broth, brown sugar as needed

 

Preparation:

Coat the chicken pieces in flour. Cook them in oil and herbs on low fire, until a slightly crispy coating forms. Pour in the wine, letting it evaporate. Salt. Cook until the chicken is tender, and, if you don't like the bitter taste, add some brown sugar.
